Your Partners in healing, transformation, & liberatory design.

Wayfinding Partners works to awaken our natural capacities for healing and liberation — from the individual level, to the collective, and the systemic.

As skilled facilitators, trainers, consultants, and coaches, we can support your transformation journey in multiple ways. Whether you need to:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of structural oppression

  • Hold internal conversations with team members at different points of their own work in embodying liberatory concepts

  • Develop strategies for beginning or deepening organizational change work

  • Conduct individual or organizational racial equity assessments

We got you.

Strategy & Culture Consulting

As consultants, we operate at the evolving intersections of organization development, racial equity, and wellbeing. We partner with you to develop strategies that are adaptive, grounded in your values, and fueled by an inclusive culture. We believe that the world around us is not static, so our strategies shouldn’t be either.

Beyond simply writing plans that sit on shelves, we focus on deep relationship-building between all key stakeholders, and nurturing collective alignment to organizational vision and values every step of the way.

Our processes include a customized blend of strategic planning, culture alignment work, change management, coaching, and team-building — all of which lead to an authentic, co-designed transformative experience.

We also ensure that you are building internal leadership capacity at all levels to manage the unexpected and to make wise strategic choices in real-time.

  • Small to large nonprofit, philanthropic, or mission-driven institution at any stage of strategic, cultural, or structural change

  • Our nimble team of highly experienced consultants is able to fully customize a change journey that fits your needs. Some of our services include:

    • Customizable workshops, training sessions, and retreats

    • Skilled and empathetic space-holding for challenging conversations

    • Facilitation of unique, equity-centric organization development journeys

    • Framework development and implementation support

Healing & Wellbeing Toward Liberation

Wayfinding Partners is a growing community of healing and wellbeing professionals who draw from an array of disciplines and lineages, including: transformational coaching, psychology and counseling, decolonial and critical race wellness theories, fine arts, mindful meditation, yoga, and energy healing modalities such as Reiki.

At Wayfinding Partners, we understand that the work of being well is a lifelong individual and collective journey. We believe that this is a journey worth taking, because it brings us closer to natural states of liberation. With mindfulness as our method, we do our healing and wellbeing work where the personal meets the professional. Our goal is to arrive at experiences of change that leave us all feeling freer, more connected, and more whole than when we began.

  • Anyone — at any level, in any organization — who is ready and open to being well and to lean into a healthy, thriving self

  • Healing and wellbeing offerings factor into all of our partnerships to some extent, and can also be pursued independently from our broader engagements. These offerings depend on who you are and your unique needs, but can include:

    • Intuitive energy healing sessions

    • Wellbeing workshops, retreats, and cohort experiences

    • Personality or Leadership assessments in service of personal wellbeing journeys. Wayfinding Partners is licensed to administer the Enneagram, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, FIRO-B, the IDI, and other personal growth assessments.

Individual & Team Coaching

Wayfinding Partners offers coaching that is rooted in our steadfast adherence to mindful practice, and our ever-evolving approach to the pursuit of liberation. We provide a non-judgmental environment for you to self-identify and pursue clear visions for a better future.

The Wayfinding coaching model is about cultivating personal metamorphosis. Together, we tap into your intuition and build your capacity for remaining centered amid tumultuous change, so that the pathways to your more aligned and thriving self can be clearer than before.

Our work tends to begin with questions of where (where are you now, and where would you like to be) and arrive at questions of who (who do you want to become and nurture). Through individualized coaching journeys, coachees explore how they might pursue the healthiest versions of themselves—versions that are connected to their sense of purpose, community, and lineage.

  • Individuals and groups at any stage of professional development, eager to move through moments of change, pursue personal goals, and manifest freer versions of themselves

  • Coaching session topics are unique to every individual. They may include, but are not exclusive to:

    • One-time or ongoing space to navigate an organization-wide DEIJ journey, and pursue goal-oriented racial equity work

    • Individualized personal and professional development coaching, potentially coupled with assessments such as Enneagram

    • Thought partnership on a particular campaign, policy, process, or project

    • Executive leadership coaching in moments of organizational change

Field Building Partnerships

Through our field building work, Wayfinding Partners moves beyond the strictly interpersonal and institutional levels of impact, and focuses on organizational collectives and systems as our unit of transformation.

From conducting sector-wide research and convenings, to delivering wellness and capacity-building programming for networks of philanthropic organizations and their grantees, to dreaming up altogether new approaches for achieving a collective impact — we are interested in broadening our collective imaginations for bringing about fundamental change.

  • Philanthropies and PSOs, mission-driven networks, movement-builders and organizers, and public-private and multi-sector partnerships that are working toward systems change

  • This depends on you—your context, your needs, and the opportunities we uncover for leveraging a collective impact toward healing and liberation.
