Wayfinding Partners is proud to serve as an incubator of projects and startup businesses that advance liberation.
The Wayfinding Incubator is a space for collective dreaming, shared wisdom, independent creative development, and the launch of as many radical, vibrant, liberatory projects as we can imagine.
The goal of this incubator is for workers and dreamers who pursue liberation — and especially Black women solopreneurs — to come together under the Wayfinding banner to develop their projects into fully fledged, autonomous initiatives in an ever-expanding partnership network.

An Experiment in Workplace Liberation
Wayfinding Partners began as a one-woman consultancy, and seemingly overnight transformed into a disruptive boutique firm designed to create patterns of liberation wherever we go.
We understand that these patterns begin within ourselves, and in how we relate to each other. In 2023, this understanding was formalized into what we refer to as the Wayfinding Experiment in Workplace Liberation. Today, the Wayfinding Experiment has taken shape as The Wayfinding Incubator — a project in fractal, liberatory network-building & the cultivation of autonomous initiatives that hold unique elements of a common vision.
